How Does Buyer’s Agency Work?

You and Winnie enter into a contract for a set length of time for Winnie to work as your Agent.  During this time, you have a commitment to use Winnie as your Agent in.the event you purchase a property. 

During this time, Winnie makes a commitment to you to provide all of the services necessary for you to be able to view and purchase a property. 

In the event you decide not to buy or do not find a suitable property, there is no charge to you for Winnie’s services. Winnie only gets paid on the completion of your purchase.  That is the day the property is transferred into your name.  If it takes longer than the time you have contracted for to find a property, you may extend the contract if both you and Winnie agree to this.
